She has been providing treatment for anxiety disorders for nearly 30 years. She started her career as Head of the Anxiety Clinic at Westmead Hospital and has \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eresearched optimal ways to influence technology use in youth alongside her clinical work in a range of projects with secondary school teachers and academics. In 2013, Dr Einstein published a review of uncertainty within treatment to help clinicians ensure that they challenge uncertainty within traditional CBT and ACT techniques.
