Dr. Danielle Einstein is a well-recognized expert in the field of managing emotions in the face of uncertainty. She has been well-cited for her original paper (released in 2014) in which she proffers an important model describing how uncertainty both intrigues and destablilises people. I have observed the evolution of Dr. Einstein's ideas as she created novel interventions deployed in secondary schools and since 2013 has run two Australian research projects focused on understanding how humans manage uncertainty. I am delighted to applaud her groundbreaking work and I look forward her ongoing contributions to the area.
